Winners are drawn at the end of your promotion (quiz, sweepstake, poll) or during your campaign (instant win). Winners are automatically selected randomly, taking into account good or wrong answers (for quizzes) or additional chances through shared messages.
To draw winners, click in your promotion summary on “Entrants” and then “Draw the winners”:

If you set up the periodic mode, just click on the button which corresponds to the relevant period:
You can then download the list of winners including their contact information in form of a CSV file. This file also includes a list of subwinners in case the original winners will not answer your email or call.
